HR 128 (Training Policy)

As a result of employee feedback from a past University of Tennessee Employee Satisfaction Survey, the university revised its Human Resources Development policy HR0128 to encourage supervisors and managers to plan for 32 hours of professional development every year for faculty and staff as part of an overall career development plan, including conferences and programs both outside and within the university.
